Grocery shopping day today. They must have known I was coming. Had a barrier around watermelon bin. Got hooked on it, but couldn’t move it. Got my melon though, so tomorrow making watermelon pickles. Yum, yum.
Lots of pork on sale. Needed bacon and sausage for recipes. Had Boston butt on sale, so it’s in crockpot now. Will have barbecue pulled pork sometime tonight. Got some pita bread to put it in for sandwiches. Have tomatoes and watermelon pickles and relish for topping sandwich. Would order pizza, but don’t like ’em that much. Rather make my own.
Had basket loaded with pig parts and some salmon, then decided needed chicken too. Remembered the cheese this time. Basket was loaded so headed to checkout. Will have to go back for rest of things on list. Almost forgot about watermelon. Nice lady helped put suff in my reusable bags, and started for door when remembered watermelon. went back to pay for it. Lady just put numbers in machine so didn’t have to lift melon from footrest. Didn’t get arrested for shoplifting. So good day at grocery. Tomorrow might be different.
Got chair hung on bin of chicken parts. Seat going in one direction, chair stuck to bin. Man came over to help but couldn’t get chair to move. Guess it wanted more chicken parts. I didn’t want more chicken parts, so had to fight with chair while people gathered around and watched. We all were laughing so hard almost couldn’t control chair at all. Bad chair. Want to shoot it but don’t have gun. Will call Mike and ask him to bring his gun and shoot chair. Or bring welder and weld chair straight. Chair just tries to do things it wants to. Stubborn chair.
Too old. Too stubborn. Should go in garbage.
Got home and put groceries away. Boston butt in crockpot cooking now. Will pull the good parts off with forks soon, then put back in crock pot with barbecue sauce and let cook til the sauce gets hot and makes meat taste good. Have to make sauce soon to pour on pork, make it taste good. Easy to swallow.
Started sneezing when got home. Allergies acting up again. Just can’t go outside or open a window without stuff coming in and making allergies act up. Not good. Ran out of allergy pills last night. Forgot to get more when went to grocery.
Got email from friend. Have to share it. Does anyone know why baby diapers are called Luvs & Huggies, while old people diapers are called Depends? Because if a baby craps in their pants, you are still gonna Luv ’em and Hug “em. If an old person craps in their pants, will they still be Luv’ed or Hugged” That “Depends” if you’re in the Will or not. Kinda like that. Oops, didn’t know it was on bold print there. Still fight with computer all the time. It wins. Need computers for dummies book, but read part of it and couldn’t understand it. Reminds me, have to return books to library soon.

It kinda seeemed relevant under certain cirmcanstances. It took most of the night to finish the pulled port, but it was worth it.
